Last year Liz made a daring move, leaving her life back home in Boston to find new heights in the west coast. Trailing behind a frustrating dating life and growing tired of the tear and wear of the City life, Liz leaped at the chance to relocate to calmer waters. Of course, she soon realized the same problems she faced back home would persist.

Always putting her heart on the line, Liz is no stranger to being hurt by men in fact she claims she could write a book, and a quite shocking one at that. After years of frustration, Liz has seemed to have given up on love, perhaps the move showing representation of turning a new leaf- that being, focusing on being stronger and confident through newfound independence.

Recently, after reacquainting with another lawyer she met in Boston (Rick Preston), the two sparked a new friendship. However, the friendship hasn't been easy on either side as Rick's new wife Kayla has been no stranger to showing her jealousy. One evening, Rick and Liz embraced each other with a kiss- one that led to an awkward silence between the two which lasted for days. Although they both since brushed off the kiss, both never know what can happen. As for now though, Rick is expecting a child with Kayla and Liz is dating Terrence Bordeaux although where that will go is yet to be determined.
